Our Itinerary
Each morning, we’ll ease into the morning with tranquility through mindset sessions and yoga led by Dr. Shawn Best. Following this, you will immerse yourself in interactive sessions on deep listening as a catalyst for personal growth and lasting bonds. We’ll also equip you with the vocabulary and skills necessary to bring your aspirations to life. Our learning sessions are thoughtfully complemented with intentional activities, including an afternoon spent sailing towards pristine beaches as the sun sets, where you’ll be surrounded by marine wildlife like turtles, dolphins, flying fish, and majestic whales. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore botanical gardens, and enjoy lounging by the beach.
